Nice to have you here!
For over 20 years I have accompanied people on their individual life path - towards a life full of joy, vitality and awareness.
In my practice I offer holistic bodywork that brings body, mind and soul into harmony and enables you to feel connected on all levels.
This not only promotes physical well-being, but also enables deeper self-discovery and personal transformation.
Do you often feel tense inside? Are your thoughts racing and do you feel that relationships could be improved? Are symptoms draining your strength and energy and life seems hopeless and empty? Have you survived a serious illness and still not been able to regain your strength? Are your limits being violated again and again?
If you recognize yourself in these questions, you have come to the right place.
Together we will find out what is holding you back from living a fulfilling life. I will accompany you to feel lightness, joy and vitality again.
InnerEmbrace is a mindful, respectful and appreciative embrace on an inner level. This non-verbal treatment method makes blockages visible that affect your physical and psychological well-being - be it through hindering feelings, old thought patterns or stressful memories.
In a protected space, which I create through my absolute presence and silence, your body system is given the opportunity to regenerate.
You lie fully clothed on a massage table. It is not absolutely necessary that you tell me about your problem - even if it is still too stressful or you cannot find the words for it.
The issue that has priority at the moment and wants to be seen will show itself, and you will never be overwhelmed.
In a state of calm, comfort and security, body perceptions, feelings and inner images can emerge that provide you with important insights for change.
When we accept and embrace everything that presents itself in a state of connection, the story that still wants to be told can be completed and released.
Every time you feel connected – even if only for a short time – biochemical changes are triggered that have a positive effect on your body.
In a mindful position, I touch certain parts of your body and perceive subtle movements and processes. I do not work on the symptom itself, but rather "listen to the story that your inner self tells".
It enables you to reach deeper levels of the self, to recognize the background of your emotional blockages and to resolve them, thereby experiencing a feeling of inner freedom and connection.
This holistic approach is particularly valuable for people who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a more fulfilling life.
The focus is not on symptoms and diagnoses, but on creating connection on all levels.
InnerEmbrace has developed over many years from my basic training in ontological kinesiology, which states that behind every concern there is a message that wants to be understood. Elements of quantum healing and craniosacral therapy expand and enrich the treatment.
Based on the polyvagal theory, I offer integrative support that is individually tailored to your needs. This holistic approach not only promotes your physical well-being, but also supports your emotional and spiritual growth.
Please note that InnerEmbrace is not a substitute for medical treatment, but experience has shown that it can be used very well as an accompaniment to existing therapies.
I look forward to accompanying you on your path to more lightness and joy in life!

These events can lead to the loss of the nervous system's original flexibility to respond appropriately to challenges.
Even if some experiences happened many years ago and the mind has long since stored them as the past, the experiences can continue to affect us and influence us unconsciously.
The vagus nerve, the longest nerve of the autonomic nervous system, is the common thread for all these different symptoms.
It plays a crucial role in our physical and emotional well-being and determines how alert and conscious a person is at any given moment.
The vagus nerve extends from the brain to the internal organs and is involved in numerous functions of the body, including regulating stress responses, heart rate, digestion and relaxation.
Our autonomic nervous system is constantly reacting to physical sensations and signals from our environment that we perceive through our senses. Different situations require certain behaviors.
According to Dr. Porges, the founder of the polyvagal theory, the autonomic nervous system uses three different behavioral strategies to ensure our survival.
If we feel safe and well connected , the newer part of the vagus nerve is active.
In stressful situations, we maintain eye contact and try to clarify the situation with a calm voice
If this is hopeless and we are not heard, this system withdraws and the one hierarchically below it, the sympathetic nervous system, comes to the fore.
If the situation still doesn't change, we freeze and withdraw internally. The older part of the vagus nerve becomes active.
Sometimes the nervous system gets stuck after a stressful situation. Even though the situation outside has long since changed, our body still stores experiences that continue to put the body in an alarm state and influence it unconsciously.
Healthy physical connection promotes activation of the ventral vagus nerve and enables positive social interactions and spiritual growth.
When the nervous system is able to feel safe again, it signals to us that we are able to relax, trust and see the world around us in a more positive light.
Science has now discovered the healing powers of the vagus nerve. Depression , chronic pain and epilepsy are already being successfully treated by electronic stimulation of this nerve. There are also projects that are looking into the effects of vagus nerve stimulation on autism , dementia and long Covid . Meditation (e.g. MBSR) or certain breathing techniques that influence the nerve and thereby ensure positive physical and mental well-being are receiving increasing attention due to these new scientific findings and are being increasingly incorporated into the existing health system.
